1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after your payment has been successfully verified.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Areas & Estimated Shipping Times

We partner with trusted international shipping carriers to deliver orders to our customers.

European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 business days
United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
South Africa: 8–12 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all qualifying orders over €30.
Orders Below €30: Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on our website include applicable VAT.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment until it arrives.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us at contact@luamivor.com.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, arrives damaged, or you encounter any delivery-related problems, please contact our customer support team promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Luamivor is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, customs procedures, courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, postal code, and contact details are correct before completing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information before your order is dispatched.
